Cecilia Forsgren
 Was born in 1965. Finished her studies in literature and film studies at the University of Lund. Since 1994 she has been working with BUFF on the festival program of The International Children and Youth Film Festival. At this time - ever since 2001 - she has remained its producer. In her film production company FantomFilm Productions, existing since 1999, she is producing short films, and at present is making her first full-length feature film for children.
